Pretty subjective question. For some, 213GB is an average Tuesday. For others, that could be a year's worth of usage.
Here's my usage with cox:
Some months I don't do a lot, and other months I go "over." Since I play PC games, just downloading something from my Steam library could knock out 25gb in an hour. Luckily, Cox doesn't bill for overages. They just use it as a tool to educate customers about how they use bandwidth... for now.

Comcast gives you three free overages.

They have an online data meter you can access as well as a version you can download & install.
