Is it possible to sell a timeshare?

I know someone that has a timeshare in Cabo that they can't afford. Is it possible to sell for reasonable price?

No. It's really hard. The resale market sucks. They might be able to get $100 if they're lucky

they can be sold. Just list it on ebay. They need to understand that they will not in any way recoup their investment. Should probably start at 30% of the purchase price to have any chance at all of selling it.

They technically can be sold. However, it is extremely difficult in today's market. You can list it and see what happens
