I'd put Jennings higher on that list. His QBR was higher than a bunch of those guys iirc.

I know Jennings wasn't electric but when given a chance to throw downfield he wasn't bad. I actually thought he had 3-4 perfect passes. The TD to Dural couldn't have been thrown better.
