Some WR3 stuff - Cecil, K. Stills, or Marvin Jones?

How would you rank these?
I see it at the moment-
Waivers-
Cecil Shorts (main option in Jax)
M. Jones (2nd or 3rd option)
K. Stills (2nd option and hurt this pre season)
My current WR- DT88, Cobb, Torey Smith, Edelman, K. Benjamin, K. Stills

IMO, Torrey > Terrance > Stills.
Stills IMO is a WR5/6. Torrey/Terrance have WR3, possibly WR2 value.

Just in general. I concur with your ranking of the three though. I'm really high on Williams, and Torrey is built for Kubiaks offense,

Not sure where I would put Cecil3 amongst those 3.
Probably Torrey > Cecil > Terrance > ...Stills?
