He took a great angle and maintained really good technique on a long run.

He and Mills played boss last night. Mills seemed like a natural S in that game and covered some amazing ground.

Gordon actually tweaked his hammy on that long run... But still a big play from Collins.

Collins had a hell of a game. He made a couple solid tackles

I thought martin played well.

So did I... and glad to see him play well after a tough year last year, with the loss of his father and playing FS instead of SS and then breaking a bone in his foot.

Back at his natural position, SS, and thought he played pretty damn good.

Collins is the desired NFL style corner nowadays ( Hell all of our DBs are). He needed to improve his tackling and obviously did that in the offseason.

Jalen Collins shut up a lot of haters last night. Him, White, DT. Mills and Adams all played well.

RR must be a baller if he was the hands down starter over Jalen Collins. Hard to believe you can play much better than Collins played last night.

Thomas needs to be on the field more... Not sure where or how you can get him out there more. But he is a playmaker.

Haven't heard. Did he ever come back after that? I can't remember.

And people thought it was a disaster when Robinson got suspended and Collins was starting.

IMO, he should stay in the starting lineup until he forces Chavis to take him out. He played great last night.

Adams is going to be special. He's a big shite talker too. Reminds me of Landry with all that talk. I'm fine with it as long as he backs it up.

I have been very critical of J Collins play; particularly last season...Last night I was pleasantly surprised and his play and happy for the young man..Sound technique in both tackling and pass coverage...Well Done JC!!!

I said it last night on the Score Board: Collins resurrected his career this offseason. He was the fourth man after White, Robinson and Thomas at the end of last year, and then he comes out and balls like this?

I agree with the poster above me. Keep Collins in. I really like Robinson but I also like seeing hard work rewarded. Collins worked hard.
