I dunno but I wish Netflix would say when a movie will be taken off. Memento got yanked before I had a chance to see it.

They do, or at least they used to. They have a "until date" listed on the right in your queue.

go to flixster and at the bottom there is a search function. You can specify your search by Rotten Tomato score, how to watch, genera.
So you could look for movies with at-least an 80% on rotten tomatoes, that is a drama, on netflix.
