I am hoping (because of the "big" 10)they win their conference. That way, if we are not our conference champion, we have the argument that we should be in the top 4 because we beat out their champ.

I will be pulling for them all year to win out. Their schedule is easy, RB is good and they got those linemen hurt. Hope that kid is ok. Anybody heard?

Besides, they will improve as it goes along.

I predict them to 9-3, but only if they pull the QB. They need safety help too, so it would be a nice combo move

If they stay healthy, with that schedule, I predict they'll win 10 games and appear in the B1g Championship. There, I said it.

looks like a 9 or 10 win team based off that schedule, they also have a massive oline and 2 great backs. I don't believe the big 10 teams can stack the line enough to stop them

Well Vegas has the O/U set at 10.5 wins for them. I would like to think they know a lot more than us.

But they lost 2 starters on D last night which I think killed them. We immediately saw holes open up after the second guy went down.

I still say they will go 10-2. They play no one.

Agree except for the struggle to make a bowl part. That's over the top.

But, that was NOT a great Wisconsin team.

The remainder of their schedule is ridiculously easy though.

Should win 9-10 games.

Apparently you didn't see their schedule.

USL may have a harder SOS.

A couple people had them pegged for the fourth playoff team. It was probably holtz, just saw his #3 is Notre Dame

10-2.

Their QB play will improve as the year goes on. That was the best defense they'll face all season.

Bottom line - their schedule is too easy to only win 7-8 games, and they are a good team. That's a top-20 team in the country, conservatively, at season's end.

Where do you see these losses coming from? Northwestern, Illinois, Rutgers, Purdue, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota. . . They're not losing those games. Maybe one, two at most in that group.

Better odds they make it to their conference championship game than we make it to ours.

If Wiscy's DTs had not gotten hurt, it would be likely they'd go 11-1. Hard to say with those DLs out. I'd guess they'll finish the year with 9-10 wins

you agree they're a possible 7-win team but wouldn't struggle to make a bowl in a real division?

you do know that's only a 2-game difference, right?

i think nebraska and possibly iowa will be favored at gametime, and y'all sleep on northwestern typically

if they lost 2 of those game, all they'd need is one hiccup game to be at 8 wins for the year

Stave probably ends up starting later. With that schedule they win 9 games minimum.

Their weak schedule is great for LSU, since they will probably only lose 1 or 2 more. With a decent schedule they are at best a borderline top 25 team.

I would say 9-3. Their qb is terrible, but i don't think a more accurate qb would have made much of a difference . I don't recall seeing any receivers getting open at any point in the game. LSU's secondary kept them on locked up all night

Really look at their schedule. They have a great line with the best player on the field running behind it every single game. They'll play from ahead a lot, just like last night. Except there aren't many teams on that schedule like LSU that can catch them. Also, Stave might get a look again at QB, I'm sure. The play there will improve.

We won the game because we started to flip TOP in the 3rd quarter. That's something that isn't easy to do in a game where you're down 17 points and the other team has a strong running game.

We did a lot of things well in the 2nd half to win that game. I don't think the South Florida, Purdue, and Illinois of the world will be able to say the same.

I don't think people should be too quick to try to downgrade this win.
