Here are the cumulative stats for all 4 preseason games.
As always, take these with a grain of salt, especially since it's preseason.
That means the snap counts are wildly disparate and the vets may not be putting forth total effort.

OFFENSE

-Joe Morgan is definitely making this team.
-I guess the coaches didn't like what they saw in camp out of Mayonnaise frickitty.
-Our starting tackles are beastly.
-Ingram with best running on team; Morgan with best receiving.
-Strozier with worst running; Toon with worst receiving.

DEFENSE

-As always, Walker is freaking awesome (when healthy).
-Powell has not been impressive.
-Deaderick has flashes, but he needs to put it together. His super low score is mostly due to penalties (many of which are BS, I'm sure)
-Warren has best coverage score, Jordan/Foster best pass rush, Walker (by far) has best run stopping.
-Ball with worst coverage, Powell with worst pass rush, Dawson with worst run stopping.

Miracle Whip may have a spot on the Practice Squad.

Good stuff. Once again though I'll point out that the score should be weighted to how many snaps they took at each thing.

Look at Sunseri. Penalty grade aside he finished at 0. He had a +0.4 in coverage with 90+ snaps and a -0.4 in pass rush with just 4 snaps. Should those two things really cancel each other out?

All that aside I didn't see anything from Kelemete or Jones that should give them those pass block grades. The run block I can agree with to a point.

Keep in mind that 0 and -.4 are statistically not different enough to separated.

I get that but say he had +2 coverage and -2 pass rush with the same snap counts.

That's why I tend to ignore the overall and look at where guys are doing good or bad while keeping snap counts in mind.

That's fine.

I like Lofton's run defense.

It's why I think Humber and Lofton make a decent pair.

So, overall, according to PFF, Khiry Robinson played better than the new & improved Mark Ingram?

Blasphemy.

So basically, PFF is suggesting I should maintain my gut prediction that this will be Khiry's breakout year.

Not in rushing. Overall he graded out better but Ingram's rushing score was a good bit better.

Ingram's running was by far the best.

First, thanks for this, but I was wondering is there a way you could post the cumulative stats for the first 3 games? After that 4th game debacle I feel many of the players stats got worse, especially the Linemen on both sides.

I don't think they break it down like that. You would have to do it by hand looking at each game individually.

What this reaffirms for me is that:

Offensively I like what I am seeing from Morgan, PT still has it, Armstead has been superb, Strief is still solid, Ingram might have finally figured it out, Khiry is a dependable player, and Johnson has been a good pickup at Fullback.

Defensively Walker was downright incredible in preseason, Lofton might not be Swiss Cheese against the run this year, Foster needs to stay healthy, and we are spoiled with so many talented Safeties after picking up Warren and Sunseri.

Ahh, well that stinks. I'm sure the stats would look vastly different for a handful of players.

You're welcome.

And no, I can't do that.
But if you want to know about individual players before game 4, I can check it out

Cool. If you could look up the backup Guards and Tackles, along with the backup LB's that would be awesome since there was so much debate yesterday in Bonethug's thread about who makes the roster. I'm interested in seeing statistically who should be the backups at those positions.

If we keep 3 QBs, but cut Warren I'll be pretty upset.

I can't imagine that happening.

Warren is way too good to be cut.
At this point, if I had to cut one safety, I'd cut Ball.

Agreed. Warren's earned a roster spot as much as any UDFA in the past few years.
