Anyone Who Makes Our 53 Who ISN'T Currently on the Roster?

I'm unsure how often this happens but do you see a position where we pick up a guy who is cut from another team or sign a vet? I recall signing other team's players to our practice squad....but not the 53-man roster.
I admittedly haven't seen every snap of the preseason, but has Toon really impressed? He is projected to make the team....but is there a better option for that roster spot?

Only a o-lineman could come in and produce right away on this offence.
And Robs def. seems very fluid and depending on a lot of communication so difficult as well.
As you said PS maybe if the scouts have someone in their sights.
Otherwise seems a long shot.

Don't you have to wait a week or so for the veterans contracts to not be guaranteed or some crap?

Yeah. If a veteran of a certain number of years (can't remember how many years) is on the roster for the first week, their contract is guaranteed for the year. So some vets might be cut and then resigned after week one.

B.W Webb from "William&Mary" (I think) was released by cowboys. A lot of talk of him during offseason. But says a lot not to make cowboys 53 :/

Any chance Lance Moore gets cut? That's the only player I can see being brought in on offense.
As for the defense, who knows. As long as it's not Will Smith.

With the depth of our team and the caliber of player getting cut I don't see anyone on the outside cracking our 53(barring a surprise veteran cut).
Now I can see 1-3 spots on the PS being filled out by outsiders.
