I'd like to preface this post because I'm new to this board so if you don't feel like I deserve the full attention of the "gurus" because I'm not a contributor I understand but this league is worth a lot in monetary value and bragging rights so I'd to win and I'm looking for help anywhere I can get it.

Now on to the meat of the issue, this is my roster:

This is the scoring:

Should I try to move for a better WR based on my surplus of RB's? Keep in mind it is a twelve team league I'm playing with about 5 people that actually know what they're doing and the rest have no clue (I got Montee Ball in the 4th hahah)

Any roster advice would be appreciated

No. I don't really think that you're loaded at RB depth unless one of the Oakland guys clearly pulls away from the other. And it's not like your WRs suck.

Nice squad. However, I would be trying to upgrade at QB2 rather than WR

I agree. Nice squad. Semi two qb league cause you got so many more starters then normal but I would definitely look to get into that 10-16 range of qb2's. Rest of your squad looks solid at every position tho to be honest. And if you played with 5 other people who know what they are doing they would have taken Montee before the 4th ha

I would be much more worried about my QB situation than WR.

Great job capitalizing on the draft. At first glance, I figure it was a 10 teamer. Great team with one glaring weakness, QB2 which is pretty obvious.

I wouldn't go out there and do any crazy trade looking for an elite quarterback. Someone like Tannehill, Palmer, E. Manning, Smith, or maybe even Josh McCown would be an upgrade at QB2 w/o sacrificing much to get. If there are any Saints fans in the league, Cooks may net you something solid. MJD would be the next guy I'd shop around.

I appreciate the feedback from all of you, I honestly was pretty hammered when I posted this and left out a few key details.

The reason I have Geno Smith starting was his matchup against Oakland in week 1, I actually drafted McCown but we are only allowed to have two QBs on our teams and both start so I didn't want to spend an early draft pick on someone who would either get me 0 pts one week or that I would have to drop. I plan to play match ups from the waiver wire with my QB2 and Smith has a much better matchup than McCown

Team looks solid with the exception of Geno, but it looks like you'll be utilizing the waiver for that. I don't think I'd worry too much...

Also, excellent choice on Vontaze Burfict. ASU! He had so much unlocked potential at ASU even though he was already a freak at the position. Could have been another Terrell Suggs...

Never done a league with a defensive player but he seemed like a good pick

Draft looks pretty good.
If you are looking for trade advice, I would utilize the scoring. Go try to trade for WR Patterson. He would be top ten in this scoring last yr with 1pt/10ret yds. Give a lot and take advantage. Also look at people like Roberts from Was if you have the bench spots. He should be their third and get K/P returns. Maybe you could get some value for Jennings or Cruz and plug those holes while you upgrade at QB. You are weak there in a two QB league.

Preseason trades are tough because nobody wants to trade for a guy they could have picked in the spot anyway
