Head Design for movie board

I got bored and notice that we don't have a cool header like other boards. So i made this. What do y'all think?

I remember a while back there was a thread where a lot of people where coming up with logo designs for the movie/tv board but it never went anywhere. Never found out why the topic just kinda went away.

There are some good ones out there though. The one with the movie real was my favorite.

Might as well just make an O Captain America's shield and the S Superman's chest logo.

Agreed.
But its also very clean as it's the most impressive display of passive aggressiveness in the history of the Internet. There's no screaming, hollering or cussing out but the claws are there.

I remember and idea someone had with a movie reel as the O's...and I think the I was an academy award?

these threads are always great. The M/TV board regulars are full of posters who moonlight as movie critics. So we tear apart everything in minute detail instead of just yelling. Which makes it entertaining as hell. And i like the comic book idea. Maybe put different themes and genres in the letters. Superman's S, Dumb and dumber's slanted D, Breaking Bad's type letters, a bleeding letter for horror.
THats not a bad idea.
I like that and the idea of and Emmy and an Oscar in the letters.
If those dont work, then the movie reel as an O was the best one.

i remember one of them had some great designs. All requests fell on deaf ears and here we are. The only board, other than the fark board maybe, that discusses some form of "art" and we have a generic header.
Maybe try one where the letters are like the HOLLYWOOD sign?

See, I'd love this.
But that's the issue here: The HAL 9000 logo was brilliant, but too many people said no because they didn't like 2001. Then you do something like Breaking Bad...I'm saying no to that. Then Captain America
