I am usually in a 10 team ESPN standard scoring league, but this year a friend of mine did an all women's money league. It's a 14 team league with Yahoo scoring and 3 WR's and 2 RB's no flex.

What is your draft strategy for this type of league? I did a mock draft and didn't like my team at all. It's a lot tougher to draft in a 14 team league with no flex.

Depends on your draft position

It's a snake draft so we won't know until right before.

Bumps wr value up significantly. Load up on stud wideouts early and often

Yeah I would do this. Hopefully you end up with a late first round pick.

Go with some combination of 2 of the following: Dez/Julio/Bmarsh/Antonio Brown

Get Gerhart or Joique Bell in the 3rd/4th round

Thanks I'm going to see what I can do. With 3 WR I'm going to have to pick a WR first I guess

Is this new league PPR or standard?

If you get a top 5 pick, I would still pick RB, then go WR/WR in rounds 2 and 3 - unless a good 2nd tier RB falls to you in rounds 2 or 3.

If you don't get a top 5 pick, I would go WR first then you should be able to pick up a tier 2 RB in 2nd round, then go WR again in 3rd depending.

But as always you'll have to see the flow of the draft. Value is key. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the advice. She ended up changing the settings last minute to only 2 WR's and no flex but I didn't know that until after I started picking.

Here's what I ended up with. Picked 10th in the 14 team

QB - Big Ben
RB- Lynch
RB - Bell
WR - Cobb
WR - Harvin
TE- Reed
DEF- Arizona
K- Dawson

Bench- ray rice, Kendall wright, Riley cooper, Ryan Tannehill, Danny Woodhead and Coby Fleener

For the record I hated the 14 team league draft. It's like you are scraping the bottom of the barrel
