The best brisket I have had in BTR is at Uncle Earl's. Anyone else had this? I was at a fund raiser a few weeks ago and we ordered the cheese fries with brisket and one with pork. The brisket was amazing.

I have only been once and the brisket was good and moist. Can only report what I had. I cook and eat a lot of smoked meats and BTR has a terrible BBQ scene. I picked up from VooDoo tonight and it just isn't that great. We need a Franklin or Mueller type of place here IMO.

Look, I was amazed and that is it. I searched the next day and found that Three Bones was the restaurant/food truck behind the brisket.

So why were you giving Uncle Earls credit for the Brisket?
