Why does Netflix keep charging me?

I cancelled my account 3, almost 4 fricking months ago and they still keep charging me. Even when I go to Netflix there is a button that reads Restart Your Membership.
I have sent them numerous emails about this and they keep telling me that my account has been cancelled but this morning I woke up and saw that they charged me $8.95 once again
I personally believe that their service fricking sucks. Amazon Prime is so much better

This is the problem with services that automatically deduct from either your checking account or credit card; even after you cancel they still have your info and control to make deductions.

Call your credit card company and convey the problem. They should be able to reject any future charges and you can contest the ones that have been paid since the time you canceled.

They just refunded all of my money and gave me a 1 year free subscription
