Lock and Key cocktails

So decided to bring the wife to Lock and Key after our night out.
She got the Bee Sting Smash which is refreshing and delicious. Irish Honey Whisky, ginger simple syrup, mint, lemon. A drink my wife decided she HAD to have two of that night.
But there is a new cocktail they created called Burt Reynold's Mustasche. Best. Cocktail. Ever.
It's a manly drink with Laphoraigh 10yr, Buffalo Trace, Benedictine and Brandy, Anagostura, and just a small bit if simple syrup. All of it is served with a large square ice cube that sits perfectly in the glass. And it smells fantastic. It's definitely a whiskey lovers drink. Just the right amount of smokiness, and sweetness that doesn't overpower, but compliments the other ingredients.
Music was great, and whisky selection as always was top notch.

I'm not a whiskey lover, but that might be the best named cocktail.

I'm a fan of the place. Of course, I'm biased, the owners are close friends. They really know their shite about whiskey and it isn't intimidating. And it seems like they're really starting to bring in a crowd.

That's a play off the Carousel Bars Veiux Carre cocktail. Instead of scotch, they use rye
