I worry about whether the site is legitimate or not to download from.
I found this one on Top Soft Deals. Is this site legitimate?
LINK
Any other suggestions are welcomed.

Just use Office 365
It would be kind of redundant though since I use Google Apps for business.

I can't be sure, but at that price I would be hesitant. But if you want to try potentially shady sources, go even cheaper.

Thanks. Yeah, I prefer to stay away from shady sites.

I bought from the Google trusted store. God help me.

As long as its a Google trusted store, Google will help you with any issues you have and protect your purchase up to $1000. Just make sure you opt in for the protection after check out.

Check your employer discounts. They sell it for $9.95 for many employees of companies that use it in their enterprise.

Just use LibreOffice, or do you need Outlook?

I'm comfortable with using Google Apps for Business. I didn't feel like having a subscription to two. I don't mind paying for the software. Thank you, though.

I've never heard of LibreOffice.

If Outlook is the holdup to free alternatives, check out Mozilla Thunderbird. Very likely will do what you need it to.

I understand this but the way I would accomplish having just one subscription would be the Microsoft Office365 route and killing Google. After the transition, you'd be left with better software that nearly all business uses and a single vendor like you wish.
