White progressives see blacks as a "disability" which is why they are so empathetic and have "guilt" about their "plight".

I didn't watch the whole video. Is he American? Sounded like he had a British accent. If he is a liberal would he vote for a conservative over a progressive candidate?

He is unfortunately very accurate. Anyone following the news lately can't really deny that without being intellectually dishonest.

It means that they'll gladly support a lower standard for minorities with the expectation that they are inferior, which is actually incredibly racist.

I don't think that's soft bigotry. That's pretty blatant and explains the white guilt that so many progressives seem to have. It contributes to their philosophy on attacking Christianity every chance they get, but Islam gets a pass because its followers are minorities.

There is an interesting discussion to be had with the psychological aspect with the obsession of establishing a lower standard for groups that are perceived to be oppressed. These progressive policies are not rooted in logic. They cause more damage to society and enforces a sense of inferiority among minorities, which is pretty much the opposite if what is intended. It makes truly racist white people with a lot of guilt feel good about themselves but that doesn't make it good policy.
