Catholic scrimmaged Breaux Bridge last night. I'm guessing Guice got about 8-10 touches, scoring on about a 60 yard run and a 70 yard swing pass. Had about 160 or so total yards from scrimmage.

The sophomore back Edwards-Helaire is one to keep an eye on as well. Not much of a drop off when they go to him! He had a long TD run called back on a penalty where he broke or juked out of about 6 tacke attempts!

Hey... my apologies if this has been mentioned before, but I haven't seen it anywhere.

How do you pronounce Guice's last name? I only want to sound like a dumbass on non-football topics.

Thank you!

He's a little undersized but the kid no doubt has skills.

First freshman to ever start for Weiner. Sick 1-2 punch for CHS

This.

Kid is a stud. Explosive, powerful, dynamic, shifty, etc. Hes a monster.

LF + Guice will have SEC Ds like...

Not 100% sure, but I believe there have been a couple of guys to play Varsity as a freshman. Like Clyde, they attended Catholic in the 8th grade, where they played up on the freshman team. Im almost positive LB Alvarado played Varsity as a freshman, and ended up playing at Navy.

Weiner said on radio that Clyde is first freshman to play for him at CHS which was 27 years in 2013.
