Will be playing there next week. Which course does the OT prefer?

Lost Key is a lot of fun if you're having a good ball striking day.

Never played Gulf Shores. But like others have said Lost Ball is solid.

I would lean towards Gulf Shores golf club. Easier layout, not as long. Havent played Lost key in several years so I'm not sure what kind of shape its in but GSGC was in excellent condition in May.

Never played gscc but screw lost key. It's so hard, it's not even fun and I'm a 4 handicap. Unless you are better than that and like hitting hybrids and 6 irons off the tee all day, I'd steer clear. I recommend peninsula.

GSCC is probably the best value in the area

A lot more fun for a novice golfer too

Anyone played Gulf State Park course? I saw it the other day when cutting through the state park. Very convenient location if its decent.

I havent played the state park in years but it was worse than a muni course in a ghetto last time I played there. About like the course at Brookly Field in Mobile. Kiva Dunes is nice and fairly wide with bunkers that are pretty easy to play out of and you can find some pretty good deals on it.

I always enjoy Lost Key when I visit Redneck Riveria.

Either Lost Key (if fairways are in good shape) or Perdido Bay

I loved Kiva's layout. Very fun course. Helped that I played well.

Craft Farms was in primo shape when I played the same weekend though. Kiva was in good not great shape, but Craft was lush.

I wanna get back down and play some other courses.

never played GSCC. will never play lost key again. it's really just not that fun. even good shots turn out bad. Peninsula is the go-to in gulf shores.

Agree with this. Fun track, in good shape when I've played it and a pretty good test from the tips.
