What would Iraq look like today?
Would the region be more stable if he still ruled Iraq with an iron fist? Would oil prices be significantly lower?

Obama would have bowed to him on his World Apology Tour.

Iraq would look the same as it did before he died and no ISIS/ISIL or other lunacy.

He's be 77 years old - if still healthy, he'd be a constant threat to his neighbors and stability in the region.
I mean, have we forgotten he invaded 2 of his neighbors in 10 years, pursued a massive genocidal campaign against Kurds in Iraq, and, at various times, supported/funded terrorism and pursued nuclear and chemical weapons, up to and including use of chemical weapons on defenseless civilian Kurds?

Have we forgotten that we helped him with 50% of the invasions?

Well there would be no ISIS, Probably 500,000 at least Iraqis would still be alive as well as about 160,000 Syrians. Iran would not be as brave as they have been lately and the US would be trillions richer. And most importantly Al Qaeda would have lost its best recruiting tool.
On the flip side the Kurds likely would have been getting their asses kicked with regularity as usual. Assad would still be up to his old tricks. And Sadam would be fricking with Israel to instigate shite to get back at the US for his first arse kicking.
Let me know what I missed

People would be appalled right now that he is using chemical weapons on ISIS/ISIL because people are always going to be mad about something.

His military was almost non-existent when we invaded the second time. He wasn't much a threat to anybody outside of Iraq.

Pretty much the same Muslims killing Muslims, tortures, beatings, etc.
Uday and Qusay raping and spending stolen money.
Yep pretty much would look the same only a different leader.

Probably pretty stable. Saddam was pretty harmless after we made him sit down to pee in the early 90's. Sure, he's throw a tantrum here or there needing attention, but he was pretty harmless and far from a threat to us.
