10 team PPR and I need an RB1. Im not targeting any of the big 4 as the cost is too high. I'd love to have Lacy. Based on my team and the Lacy owner's, what would be an enticing but fair offer?

QB/WRx3/RBx2/TE/Flex(W/R)

My team
QB: Brady, Cutler
WR: Mega, Julio, Antonio Brown, Colston, Shorts, Jennings, Gordon
RB: Bush, Mathews, Gerhart, Vereen, Rice, FJax
TE: Ertz

His team
QB: Cam, Big Ben
WR: Cruz, Crabtree, T.Williams, Hunter, Cotchery, J.Matthews, S.Smith
RB: Lacy, Ball, R.Jennings, T.West, Starks
TE: Reed, Gates

If Lacy is too expensive, who would be a better target in the league? Gio? Lynch? I have some good PPR guys I think but no real RB1.

I'd try Brown straight up first. He needs WRs.

ETA: He's probably going to want Julio or Mega. I may consider Julio, but that's a tough one.

I don't see why you feel it's necessary to make a trade in the first place.

PPR and you have Bush, Vereen, Rice and Mathews. I have no idea why you're even contemplating a trade.

Well I guess because I'd know who to start every week. As it is, and yeah there's worse problems to have, but I'm stuck with trying to decide which 3 to play each week and be pissed when Vereen goes 9/93/2 on my bench

Stand pat. You have a very good lineup. You have some good ppr backs. Especially with the wrs you have. Starting 3 wrs you can't give anything up unless Gordon would magically play all year and even then I'd keep everyone. Start your stud wrs every week and rotate your ppr backs and you'd be just fine.
