If Brown had killed the officer - taken his gun and killed him, would that be considered a race based killing? Would the white community be looting and protesting? Would Eric Holder be headed to Ferguson to investigate?

It never makes national news, same as all of the other black on black violent crimes across the country each day.

Yes. You make a good point. All killing done by opposite races is race based. If you think otherwise you're a hypocrite. Obviously.

If that had happened, Brown would have been arrested and charged that very day, and there would have been nothing to protest.
