Fidelity 403b help?

Guys, I know stock picking type threads aren't the favorites but I'm at a lost and would love some suggestions. My wife's new job has a 403b program strictly using fidelity funds. It really is a nominal amount of money, but there is still a matching program of a very small amount. But hey, free money is free money. Do y'all mind suggesting some funds?

Particulars: I don't mind aggressive and it will be there for at least 20 years.
