Indians, clearly. it's mocking them and "Indians" isn't the right nomenclature. the redskins' logo depicts a traditional looking native american.

Redskins name is more offensive than Indians name (which is not offensive).

Indians looks like a caricature of a Native American. At least the redskin logo looks like a good representation of a redskin. They could just rename the team to a local NA tribe if the name is the issue.
