I'm new to the whole COOLinary thing but $35 for an app, entree, and desert doesn't seem terrible. Would like to take my gf out this Saturday night and wanna book a reservation soon. Out of all the local places participating which has the best menu?
Muriel's and Dickie Brennan's seem like the best so far.

Tough to say who has the best menu.
Brighsten's, Coquette, Domeniques are all doing menus. These are the one's I'm thinking of trying this month.

I did R'evolution the other day. I'd pass on their coolinary offerings. It was pretty underwhelming. The turtle soup was good, but the gumbo, chicken, and fish were all meh.

The Pelican Club has a great Coolinary menu and then a stand alone 4 course that they do during the summer. Both are solid.

Went for their Coolinary and thought it was disappointing in relation to how good the menu sounds. Brigstens should have been my choice. Dropped the ball there.

Patois was great but they aren't doing Coolinary on the weekend.
Galatoire's 33 Bar and Steak was alright (the redfish with pineapple quinoa was a nice entree), but they don't do Coolinary on weekends either.
I'm sort of tempted to try Marti's.

Just booked a reservation at Muriel's. They're menu looked the best and had something we would both like. First time going so hoping it's a nice experience.

Gris gris will be along soon singing their praises.
Muriel's can claim a top 5 restaurant atmosphere.

Trying to decide between Mat and Naddies and Pascal's for tonight.
Anybody have an opinion one way or the other?
