Searched, but couldn't find a thread on "where to watch games" such as is done on the Rant.

Where are some good places to watch the games in Atlanta?**

TIA

** this is a SIC thread .. spouse initiated concern. I'd just go to a Taco Mac.

the circus tent. Usually pretty quiet with plenty of friendly saints fans when we play up there.

Georgia Dome. Sounds like you might be able to get plenty of cheap tickets this year.

Since it's our first game, tickets are surprisingly expensive. The Falcons haven't jumped off the bandwagon yet.

Copelands at Cumberland/Cobb Parkway if you want to be around other Saints fans. That's the last place i heard there was a regular group viewing the games....

Copelands on Cobb Parkway is packed with Saints fans, but be warned... if you don't show up an hour before kickoff, you're going to have a hard time getting a table.

If you can't get a seat there, Atkins Park in the Smyrna Village is also a Saints bar, but it's not exactly a rowdy crowd. The Jocks and Jills in the Cobb Galleria is a joke.

I'm guessing the Atkins Park in the Highlands is also a Saints bar, but I've never tried watching a game there. If you're close to the dome, there's also Stats and Der Biergarten.

Taco Mac and The Hudson Grill are right across the street from each other in midtown, so if you can't get a seat at one, you can always try the other.

And if you do decide to head to the dome and buy a scalped ticket, be careful. There's been a huge problem with fake tickets being sold around Atlanta, and it seems like every game I've been to, be it college or pro, somebody's bought fake tickets.

Wish i knew what their food was like. I brought my family there and had to leave because i was told it's reservations only. The hostess/owner wasn't very accommodating.

Hmmm. Maybe they have changed. I've been twice and never had a reservation but it's been a while.

Might want to call about Saints games.

I thought the food was excellent.

The beignets are a ripoff though. Selling them to people who don't know how cheap they are in BR and NOLA. Or to those who just need a fix. Guilty!
