And second place wasn't close.

AD had the most complete game. Forget about the number of blocks, he altered so many shots (from bigs, smalls and in betweens) that they were looking for the brow when they got within 30 feet of the paint..

I believe he only had 20 points, right? Still very impressive. Especially for 26 minutes.

The stat sheet I saw on twitter has him with 23 but maybe they amended.

Not sure, I got the stats from "the official site of usa basketball"

Either way, he took 6 shots more than any other USA player, which is a good sign IMO. He seems like the "go to" guy on this team, which is impressive considering the other great offensive players on this team: Harden ( ), Curry, Rose, Thompson, Gay, Irving, and Lillard.

he struggled in the second quarter. He missed 4 or 5 jumpers in 7 possessions but he hit all but one jumper in the second half

On another, Davis crashed over a woman in the first row, catching one foot on the chairs and taking impact where, er, men don’t like to take impact.

“I’m good, I’m fine,” Davis said afterward. “I hope she’s fine, because that was 240 pounds coming right at her. That’s the type of plays we need, hustle plays, and that really got us going.”

Davis thinks he's swole now.

I'm mad no one has complimented me on how positive and uplifting my message is in this thread.

This is the new Dan guys. Well at least until the first game we lose.
