Its legal for a man to marry another man in Louisiana.
There's just a little bit more red tape to go through than with straights.
He has to 1) get his penis and balls surgically removed and reshaped into a vagina 2) take female hormones the rest of his life 3) legally change his sex to 'F'.
Some might argue that's an unreasonable burden...
Some might also its fricked up the same people who are so concerned about the "definition of marriage" apparently completely missed the boat on the "definition of sex" argument.

If you'd like to stop hearing about it I suggest you write your legislator and tell him or her to legalize it today! I know its a tough burden for you to bear.

What happens if he doesn't like being a female, and changes back to male? Will they still be legally married? This dude in England did it.

To be fair, my fellow Hispanic/Latino community members don't look too favorably upon it either.

In CA, 53% of Hispanics voted for prop 8. 70% of blacks voted for it. Only whitey voted against it, by majority, but we're told that those evil white Mormons were the culprits.
