I woke up late for work for the first time in many years today and consequently felt like t total shite until lunch or so. My wife advised me after I got home today that I consumed last night's magnum of Pinot all by my lonesome and needed me to go get more wine. No wonder I was all discombobulated this morning.

I stopped by the local Fresh Market and picked up a filet for her, ribeye for me, and bourbon salmon for Junior. The sides will be twice baked loaded potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, creamed spinach, and more wine.

Skinless chicken titties.
Water.
Cardiologist suggested "lifestyle changes" which is code for no alcohol, smoking and new diet.

I feel so much better.

Dogs just ate a dozen sugar cookies that I brought home for Junior while I was outside. Helluva deal around here.

Bud Light (4.2%) mixed with Lima-a-Rita (8%), sounds gay but works. Texas

I eat like a heart patient for months at a time when I'm in the gym a lot. You learn to stock up on a lot of different seasonings and make a lot of salads. Go through pounds of boneless/skinless chicken breasts, salmon, lean sirloin, and various veggies to steam or saute. I always use an olive/canola oil blend or avocado oil.

Have some, hardly use it, seems to smoke more than avocado oil and costs more. Grapeseed oil is also an excellent choice. Dry some chipotle peppers and infuse them in the oil for a few weeks, make a really good hummus for chicken wraps.
