Local interview on St Louis talk radio station.

Its hearsay of course but if the ballistics and autopsy corroborate this story along with the toxicology report it could be why the family didnt like the results of the original autopsy and are looking to have another one done.

Take with grain of salt just like everything else thats been said so far but interesting if it is in fact the first real account of what the officer;s side of the story will be

This trial could be as good as the Zimmerman trial.

Makes me wonder why the family wanted another autopsy? Did this autopsy not show shots in the back?

Its crazy. Whatever happens I hope justice is served so that the truth is the only thing served regardless of emotion.

Interesting

For those of you who don't want to listen:

Officer Wilson tells Brown/Johnson to get out of the road, Brown/Johnson are disrespectful back and keep walking. Then Officer Wilson gets radio dispatch about robbery and suspect description and what was robbed, Wilson goes in reverse to get a better look.

Wilson opens his door, Brown slams it shut, Wilson opens it again and then Brown bum rushes Wilson, Wilson tries to protect his gun and somehow it goes off and Brown runs away

Wilson starts to pursue and Brown stops and says "What are you going to do, shoot me? And then he charges at Wilson and Wilson shoots him, and Brown didn't stop, he kept coming. This made Wilson think Brown was high on some drugs because he didn't stop, so the final shot hit him in the forehead.

I said earlier that he was on drugs. It will be interesting to see what the toxicology report says.

i will still wait to see how this whole thing plays out before rushing to judgement for either side, but it the quoted turns out to be true, then the entire story has flipped....

Hmmmm.... I wish I could believe Wilson's friend, but Police Chief Jackson said in a press conference an hour and a half ago that Officer Wilson had no knowledge of the robbery at the time of the encounter.

yep. People who shouted from the rooftop of the "kids" innocence will grasping at every conspiracy out there to prove his innocence. Officer will go to trial. Officer will have to prove he is 100% innocent versus standard "not guilty" verdict. I'm still hopeful for video. Gotta be....

Much like Zimmerman, they'll still try to claim that Brown was a little innocent whatever instead of a 6'4" 300 pound guy trying to run down a cop.

The friend never said anything about the robbery. one way or the other.

Edit: I may not have heard it.

at the time of the encounter

Story told was that he encountered them, told them to get out of the street, they mouthed off, and he lingered.

Call comes in about the robbery, complete with descriptions of suspects and what was taken, and he sees them holding the box of Swisher Sweets in their hands.

Maybe he's talking about the start of the encounter. But obviously MB and his friend didn't know that. Assuming MB doesn't already have a rap sheet a mile long, I'm betting on serious drugs being involved.

WRONG. he said that the robbery wasnt the reason for the INITIAL encounter.

that story follows what the Chief said.

I don't know anything about the drugs, but I think it's reasonable to conclude that Michael Brown thought he was being confronted because of the robbery and thus acted violently.

I cant wait for the MSM to start producing doctored info to paint the cop as a bloodthirsty racist who hunts minority children.

Sorry, but I believe the Police Chief would have mentioned it if that were the case. Instead, he said more than once that the robbery had nothing to do with the shooting.
