If you only had one more chance to get laid, how long would you wait?

If you had a restriction placed on your sexual intercourse, not counting fapping, and it was not possible for you to have sex but one more time in your entire life**: how long would you wait to excercise your last chance to have sex?
You could make the argument that being younger it would be better, but you would also forget about later in life and you could live a long time. That would be a long time to go without. How long you live is a twist as well. You could be saving your last chance and die before you get to use it.
