So, we should already see the channel? I have dish network and the channel # doesn't even appear. I'm wondering if the representative screwed up when they said I would have that channel under my package.

I have Charter Expanded Basic/Select and by all accounts, we're supposed to have this in our package. I saw the Off-Air channel this morning and it says I need to Upgrade to watch it. Any possibility it's just saying that since the channel isn't live?

It's been on Eatel's guide for at least a week now saying coming soon..don't remember exactly what channel but I remember seeing it..
