Just looked at my guide ... RE Sec Network Programing

Looks like the SEC Network goes on air @ 5pm Thursday night. with a show called SEC Now.
The first full day of programing looks like this:
Friday morning
1AM - Alabama vs. Fla 2009
3AM - 2012 SEC Championship game Alabama vs Ga.
5AM - 2013 Alabama vs Texas A&M
8AM - BCS National Championship Alabama vs. Notre Dame
Are we seeing a theme here?
2pm - 6pm The Paul Finebaum Show
I know it is middle of the night and morning programming but seems like to launch it as the SEC Network they could show games with a variety of teams.
The first full day of programing looks like this:

3AM - 2012 SEC Championship game Alabama vs Ga.
5AM - 2013 Alabama vs Texas A&M

May be wrong about this but I think they are dedicating a day to each team before the season starts, and alphabetically, Alabama would be first.

The SECnw is airing a ton of classic SEC games over the first two weeks...it's just that "Bama day" is on Day1. Somebody had to be Day1.

I would imagine there is some method to the game scheduling, most likely alphabet being the method. They have made it clear that giving all 14 SEC schools fairly equal coverage is a priority.

Trying to talk sense into these folks is an excercise in futility.....if they show the game of the century somehow these folks will feel slighted.

Charter isn't showing secn yet but there is a blank that day on channel 325. Seems right. Crappy charter is going to run it on analog channel with no digital just like espnu
