What a crock of BS.

I wonder if any member of the press was smart enough to ask the guy just where we should cut the state budget to support the potential business he thinks the film state credits should finance?

Notice he failed to say we spent over $1.5 billion subsiding this business.

Let me help you CC--Jindal continues to subsidize this industry and his brother works for a law firm/lobbyst firm that boast of having the largest film and media practice in the country.

The human face of corporate welfare

I visited a site this morning next to the CCC in Algiers that we are about to build a 15 building complex for Deep South Studios. It's an impressive site to say the least.

How many buildings did you pass driving there with actual employed people in them that were built without subsidies by business who do not leech on taxpayers??

Have you come up with a number yet on just how many more billion you think the state should give these film making leeches??

4LSU2 just how many more billion do you want to give the film industry leeches?

Do you think the film industry will ever be a good citizen industry and actual pay their own way or do you think they will continue to extort us?

Vouchers are not the answer. Jindal is the best governor Louisiana has seen in decades. Film Tax credits work. Catholicism is okay.
