I must have missed the sudden crime wave that has struck Hammond, seems like this is rather rare. Or atleast rare in comparison to the lp/surrounding areas.

Did a quick Google search, came up with 2 meth labs found in Hammond this year. Didn't look further than 2 pages, on mobile.
