I need a contractor for some remodel work in the Lafayette area

Painting, light carpenter work, counters, change some doors, etc



Also what are the cool people using for counter tops these days....don't say granite

Stainless steel....high quality butcher block also pops

I still prefer granite, quartz looks like crap imo. Concrete dumb.

I do like the butcher block though

depends on the space

if you want more modern, go with recycled glass or stainless steel

if you like a more rustic finish, go with soapstone ($$) or concrete

YES. don't get butcher block until your kids are gone. I would go with solid marble.

I've got a guy for you.

He's done some of this type of work for us a few times in the recent year or so.

Have to get his real name from my wife, because I only know him by his nickname.

ETA: he's an LSUDad type of guy in terms of age and experience, but has no connection to TD.
