Anyone like the Sixties on CNN?

Yeah I know Baby Boomers are the most narcissistic people on earth but the 60s were really interesting and these are pretty good documentaries.

I liked the space race and British Invasion ones.

We've been watching. They've been great IMO. It's hard to get into a lot of depth on such big events given the time restraints but I've seen some footage during some of these for the first time.

Watched the one on the civil rights movement last night. I never knew the circumstances around the Bull Connor fire hose stuff. The movement had lost a lot of momentum at that point but the tv broadcasts caught everybody's attention and reinvigorated things.

Overall, it's been eye opening how important television was to change in the sixties.

I've been enjoying it. I really enjoyed the one about the rise of TV since most of that was new information to me.

I've really enjoyed the series. They have been very good. Actually reminded me of how we have changed since then.
