Star Trek Enterprise / Deep Space Nine question.

Are the creators of the Spheres in Season 2 of Star Trek Enterprise the same aliens that were the Changelings in Deep Space Nine?
They look the exact same.

No. The aliens that built the spheres that created the expanse that the Xindi homeworld was in. They were the ones that convinced the Xindi that they needed to attack Earth.

I need to go back and rewatch Enterprise. Haven't watch it since initial airing. I finally got back on Voyager and have been binging it this weekend.
I recall liking Enterprise. Of course, there wasn't much choice and I would take any ST I could get at the time. Really wish they would produce another series.
