Wondering the same thing. As long as the league is active i don't care who is in it. I have been playing for ten plus years

I am running an ESPN.com league. It's a 12 team league, standard ESPN scoring with a few custom changes. No PPR or anything like that. It's a $25 buy in, and $150 for first, $100 for second, and $50 for third. ESPN has a new feature where you can send commissioners buy-ins electronically too, so no hassle to meet up, although it would be nice to meet someone from TD 
It's a league with mostly friends and a couple family members. I have 11/12 now, with one saying he may not be able to make the draft, so I am looking for one more player and an alternate. Hit me up if you're interested.

If the money is being handled directly through ESPN, then Louisiana residents are inelligible for prize leagues

It's not handled directly through ESPN. It's handled through a third party app called Tilt associated with ESPN. I'm not sure everyone in the league would want to use it anyway, so i'll probably have some weird combination of half the league paying me with cash and the other half using the app.
tigersint, I sent you an email invite to the league. We draft next Sunday at 7 PM CST.
ETA: It appears Tilt may not be eligible in Louisiana. Oh well, I have a PayPal account and that accomplishes the same thing.
ETA #2: I set up LeagueSafe, but hold off for now. Call me later tonight.

I played CDM Roto national challenges for 15 years and can't play anymore because of Louisiana laws now. It's bullshite.
