I just got out of the theater , and I honestly loved this movie. Was it as good as DotPotA? No. Was it as good as GotG? No. But they nailed the turtles in this one. The Shredder fights were fricking amazing! It was very funny. I had a blast. I recommend it to TMNT fans.

Action was good as was the CGI. Only problem I had was at the very end where.....

SPOILER

they fell that entire height and Megan Fox was perfectly OK (despite them landing on their feet). Probably too nit-picky given the audience intended for this movie, but overall the action was good.

Go see it man. It was a blast. Just have fun with it, though.

If they would stay true to the original concept of shredder, his genius intellect, martial arts skill, leadershipv etc, He'd be one of the baddest mofos walking the planet.

Saki could have won the kumite and schooled miyagi and sato all in the same evening.

I saw it today. Was it a good movie? Hell no. Was it an entertaining trip down memory lane? Yeah. I liked the goofy stuff like the beatbox scene. It was what it was. Would I spend money to see it again knowing what I know now? No, I'd wait for Red Box. But it was a decent waste of time.

This is about right. The fight scenes were great, too. The only thing I absolutely hated was the fact that Splinter learns Ninjitzu from a book. Everything else was just fun, IMO. The movie itself is not very good, but I still loved it.

She had her moments. She did better than she does in Transformers. I mean, she was just a eye candy, really. There is a small twist in the movie that gives her a bigger connection to the turtles.

Yeah I have no complaints there. She is tied to the turtles in a weird way that deviates from their original backstory, but she was fine.

Great move. Everything people bitched about before the release played no role in the movie. Mustard/Parmesan sandwiches

Plot? Directing? Characters? You think they were all great/played no role?

The fight scenes were great.

Characters?
Again I thought they did a great job in recreating the turtles.

Were you expecting this to be great?

Correct. I didn't like when Fox screamed, my only complaint.

See? I told you it was a good TMNT movie.

To nitpick, I wish Shredder wasnt so armored, but I loved how he was a badass. I also didn't like that Splinter learned to fight from a book.

I did like that each turtle was physically distinctive.

Shredder still had his moments before the armor. He was a bad motherfricker.
