Office 365 undeliverable mail/spam messages

We recently migrated to Office 365. We are having trouble with some users outgoing messages. Random messages to gmail, yahoo, corporations, etc. are coming back undeliverable or ending up in the end users spam box. Some messages to those providers are going through fine. Has anyone heard of this happening? I have been scouring the MS Office forums, and have yet to find a solution to this.
Any help or ideas are appreciated.

Go yo your admin page and put in a ticket. They are surprisingly fast at responding or even calling you back.
