How does the OT stay sane working from home?

I've been working from home for around 5 months, and I'm still having issues doing it. What are some tips/tricks to making this work?

I rent an apartment with another guy, my "office" is about half my room.

I rent an extra office from a franchise. They are very nice and I never pay more than 560 a month.

I'm an auditor, so I get to spend some time away from home every now and then, but during slow times like this it's excruciating.

go to the library when it's slow and study to get your CPA so you don't have to do that anymore.

I disagree. I've been doing this a long time and actually ripped my office out. I don't even have a desk anymore.
