My Wife is getting a cosmetic upgrade in 3 weeks.

Upper chest region. How long before I will be able to really enjoy the additions? A friend of mine's wife got her's done 4 months ago and he said after 4 months he still has to be gentle because they are still sensitive. We decided on going under the breast and silicone implants.

Good Lord you guys have serious issues with cheating wives. My wife and I have been married for 6 years and have been together since high school. I have no doubts about her cheating on me and if she does I can always find another one and upgrade her too.
