ATV's and street fatalities

Someone told me this am this is a growing problem in N.O. people flying all over streets on ATVs and getting in wrecks.
Person I talked to what hit and ran by an ATV on same street - did much damage to his truck... guy on ATV ran/hobbled off...

On a few occasions, I have seen a bunch of kids riding dirt bikes around the upper 9th/Desire/Poland Ave. Stay away from that area(like all white people should do), and you won't have a problem. Last time I was there, I saw a young black kid steal a tool bag from some Mexicans and take off running faster than Forrest Gump. Dirt bikes would just make it easier.
They go to the wank, Metairie, kenner, etc to steal them and just ride them around New Orleans all day
