Cox Data Usage

I just recently moved back to BR from Prairieville and had to get Cox service. I just got an email from them stating I am over the allowed data for the month. We use the hell out of netflix and gaming. I had Eatel for 8 years and never once had anything like this and it has not even been a month and already something from Cox.
I have the premier plan which I guess is 300GB. What will Cox do if I continue to go over every month?

I've gone over 4 or 5 times (1 or 2 or those times I've more than doubled my allowed data) and I've only received emails about it. At some point they may start charging but I've never been able to see how much data I've used at any point in a month. I always follow the links they send me and it never works.

Go to Cox.com
Click on my account
Sign in and you should see "Quick Links"
Check Usage
It should take you to a page that looks like this (this is my usage):
This is what my monthly usage has looked like:
I just get the same e-mail about it every time. No charges or anything. Reading online, others have more than tripled their data limit without consequence. Another person even complained to a cox manager about the warnings and threatened to cancel, and he never got a warning again, as the cox manager admitted to him that the warnings are meant to 'educate' customers about data use.
Every time I get the warning, I look for a huge file to download. I hate data caps with a fricking passion, especially ones as low as this. I know it seems like a lot, but when you're a PC gamer, every game is a digital download on Steam. Games are getting bigger, and it's really not uncommon for games to be 15, 30, or even 50gb. Add a few game downloads on top of streaming HD videos daily, and that cap is nothing.

I think in the small print, they state they can cut you off if you keep going over but to date, I haven't heard of any additional charges or anyone getting cut off.
Guy at work downloads about 2 terabytes a month and so far they haven't done anything other than send the overrage email.

Yeah I was pissed when I got the email. No way that anyone can keep under that cap with Netflix and gaming.
