I have an ATV and a weedeater out for repair quotes, nerve racking.

I wanted to fix my ATV, but I don't have a shop I can leave it apart in. Complete bushing job. Kit for each back tire, bushings for the shocks, kit for the front and a steering column bushing that came in two pieces.
Tried to take apart my weedeater, nice Stihl, and realized that the fuel transfer hoses are some nutty built in type. Off to the repair shop.
The atv will depend on the steering column bushing, but I'm more scared about the workmanship than the price. That and not damaging any of the rubber boots...it'll be interesting.

You've never seen bushings this worn, ever. In most cases they weren't even there. You could grab the top of the back tire and move it in and out an inch or so either way. It was loosey goosey. The steering bushing wasn't even there. It's a 2001 bike my dad kept in a storage shed. It looks great, every consumable was GONE. It's a Polaris and they have grease fittings everywhere. I don't think he ever put grease in them. I just hope the lower bearings are still alright. That and the through bolts aren't bent from it jamming back and forth onto them.
I did get some upgraded bushings, or just whatever EPI had.

Sweet man, hope it gets fixed right. I wish I still had the old ATC/ATV my dad and I used to slay animals with when I was younger, that would be cool.It would need bushings by now for sure
