They rented us one on a day when the wind was way too strong and the waves almost sank it!

can you even sink a pontoon boat without the pontoons having a hole in them?

Huge waves crashed over the front but I guess it would surface again. Lol

I was drunk so it was scary.

Aloha and Seachase are both good. I've used each. Typical rental on non-holiday weekend is around $225 for half day (4 hours) and $400 for all day (8 hours)

Beware of the sharks while you are there.

just go down the harbor, theres probably 20 places that can rent you a barge there

its close to crab island too, so you wont be crossing the bay

I've used Sunshine Pontoon rentals before. Chris is the guys name I dealt with. 850-837-2299. It's been a few years though.

Also you can just google "Destin Pontoon Rentals" and about 8-10 choices will pop up.

If going for Labor Day weekend I would book well in advance. We usually go that weekend with 4-5 couples and all the rentals will sell out. It's a zoo out there in a good way that weekend.
