Well, my concerns about the defense are gone.

After seeing the pictures of our DL, more specifically Gilmore and Bain, they definitely look the part. Our DL rotation will be nasty with LaCouture, Thomas, Bain, and Gilmore. The DE rotation is stacking up to be very nice too. The secondary is STACKED. Do I really need to say anymore? And as long Chief is here I'll never be concerned about the LBs.

While they did look good from the short clips I saw, we really cant judge until they start actually playing.

It's funny because on paper they were still a decent defense. They just seemed to break down more often than we are used to seeing. I blame it on lack of leadership in the secondary, and not enough quality depth on the line.

No they weren't. Let's see, the LBs were terrible, the corners were weak most of the year, and the safeties sucked. Have you ever heard of Occam's Razor? It's the philosophical principal that the simplest explanation is probably correct.
So, we can believe that all of the position groups listed above suddenly got bad, or that the DT's played poorly for most of the year, and the lack of pressure caused everyone to look bad. Simple...and correct.

You guys are pathetic. PICTURES! convince you how good the players are? Or how good the D is? They have had one walk thru practice, calm down.
And also, if anyone can't see that Welter was overwhelmed last year, they simply know nothing about football. Not all his fault. But he wasn't up to sec expectations.

I'll wait to see them play. They aren't models. They are football players.
