There is a craft beer pub I go to in Dallas owned by a hispanic brother and sister called STRANGEWAYS. I always thought their infatuation with the Smiths was odd. This explains it.

I saw Moz in concert in May. I've never seen him before but I was amazed at the power he has over his audience - very calculated. Very impressive.

'Hairdresser on Fire' or not, I love the guy's solo stuff and Smiths catalogs..
Been rocking to Neil Finn's cover of 'There Is A Light..' from Seven Worlds Collide in the car quite a bit this summer..
'How Soon Is Now' was so huge in 1984/1985, that layered wall of sound was a smash hit with hard rockers, indie rockers, clubbers,etc..much like Cult's 'Sanctuary' was so huge with a myriad of party-line genre music typers. Both were just so bombastically hard, yet edgy, dance worthy, mid 1980's iconic, etc..all at the same.
Dream Academy's instrumental cover of 'Please Let Me..' from Ferris can almost put me in a trance.
