A return to their ancient homeland? Nonsense.

Does anyone here operate under the notion that in 1948 Israelis were given back the homeland that was stolen from them by Muslims in the 7th century?

I suppose the ancient homeland business is meant to shore up some moral claim.
But I don't assign the moral high ground to either side.
So, morality being equal between them, I favor the side who that we have more in common with and is more likely to win militarily.

If the Arabs want to live and prosper...they ought to drop it and take the SUBSTANTIAL MONEY that would flow in from the World...just to get this stuff off everybody's conscience. They won't. "Pride goeth before a fall".

That's a pretty dubious claim considering the Palestinians were not compensated for the lands and farms and homes taken from them just a few short 75 years ago.
I think we should take the opposite tact. .. help the Israelis relocate from a territory to which they had no valid historicsl claim.

The Jewish Khazarian kings were converts to the religion, not displaced Hebrews.

Meh. The problem with "homeland" argument is that depending on far back in history you go, there are many different people that can claim that area as homeland.
Now, Palestine was never a state but rather a generic name for a region within the Ottoman Empire. When the Turks lost WWI, one the consequences was the British Mandate for Palestine which affected the regions of Transjordan and Palestine. The Mandate sped up the process of Jewish relocation to present day Israel and set parameters for statehood.
I don't really favor either side in this conflict and I don't see either side as having a moral claim to the area.
